Terms of sale
1. Seller and service
These terms apply to hosted Cabane servers sold by TONAYR, a French SAS with share capital of €10, 120 rue de l’Église, 24560 Colombier, France, SIREN 990 853 616, VAT FR31 990 853 616. Contact: ayrtonpgt@gmail.com.
A Cabane server is a Cabane game world hosted by TONAYR, accessible in a web browser at its own address and protected by an invitation code. The customer plays there with the people to whom they give this code.
2. Plans and prices
- Cabane: up to 4 players online at once, €3.99 per month.
- Village: up to 8 players online at once, €6.99 per month.
- Bourg: up to 16 players online at once, €12.99 per month.
Prices are in euros and include all taxes (including 20% French VAT). TONAYR may change its prices. A new price applies to an existing subscription only after the customer has been given at least 30 days’ notice, allowing time to cancel.
3. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed on the Servers page. Payment is made by card through Stripe. The first month is paid when ordering; the subscription then renews on the same date each month until cancelled. An invoice is issued for every payment and remains available in the customer portal.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries over the following days. If payment still fails, the subscription may end and the server will stop.
4. Service availability
The server is created automatically within a few minutes after payment. The confirmation page provides its address, invitation code and a link combining both. The customer should keep this link, which grants access to the world.
When nobody is playing, the server sleeps; it wakes within a few seconds on the first visit. Game updates are installed automatically. TONAYR makes its best efforts to keep the server available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access (maintenance or hosting outages may occur).
5. Term and cancellation
There is no minimum subscription term. The customer can cancel at any time through the customer portal (“Manage my subscription” on the server page). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, which is not refunded. The server then stops. The world is kept for 30 days and is then permanently deleted.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumer customers have 14 days from ordering to withdraw without giving a reason, by writing to ayrtonpgt@gmail.com. When ordering, the customer expressly requests immediate server creation before this period ends. If they withdraw, a refund is issued within 14 days, less the amount corresponding to the days already elapsed (Article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code).
7. Acceptable use
The customer is responsible for how invited people use the server. Publishing unlawful content, attempting to disrupt this or other servers, and reselling access are prohibited. In the event of a serious breach, TONAYR may suspend the server after notifying the customer, except in emergencies.
8. Liability
Cabane is a game in development and its content evolves. TONAYR’s liability is limited to the amounts paid by the customer during the previous 12 months, except in cases of gross negligence or personal injury.

10. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If a problem arises, the customer should first write to TONAYR, which will reply within 15 days. If the complaint remains unresolved, consumer customers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. TONAYR’s mediator will be listed here before sales open to the public.
